Bakewell, Walk In The Peak District

Walking around Bakewell in the Peak District finding trig points and buying cakes! Starting off in the car park, we head up the hill going through a beautiful golf course and into some woods. On the way up, we see some interesting wild life that were more than happy lying in the warm sun. Once out of the woods, we walk thought luscious green fields before starting the hunt for the trig point. We all are on the look out before I spot the almighty trig blending into the background of a dry stone wall. However, my wife sets the challenge of being the first to touch the trig and a race brakes out. On our way back to the quaint little town of Bakewell, we pick up the Monsal trail, a local trial that runs next to Bakewell, taking up back to our turning for the car park. Dropping of our bag, we then go into the heart of the village. Showing you the well known padlock bridge as well as the world famous cake shop that has been making cakes for well over a hundred years! Leaving the Peak District town of Bakewell, we say bye from me (Rob) and Another Day Another Walk. Trig point interview at the very end, how can I get better at hitting those trig points first.
