I tried Mookata THAI BBQ for the FIRST time 🇹🇭 We Tried EVERYTHING at this Thai Steamboat (Mookata) Buffet If you’ve watched my previous videos, you know how much I love BBQ and Hotpot dining. And being that I’m in Thailand, I had to try the Thai version of BBQ called Mukata (aka Mu kratha or Mookata). This style of BBQ is when the grill is in the shape of a top hat, with a dome being the area you grill and a rim where the broth base goes. Unique to Thailand and I had to give it a try. Being that I’m in the Thong Lo area, I found a mookata restaurant called Tidmunz BBQ Buffet. And at 276 baht for all you can eat, with no time limit, I had to visit this restaurant for my first mookata experience. We went early, when they first open at 4:00 pm on a weekday. I was able to show you the buffet before it gets too busy, and you’ll see a large selection of beef, pork, seafood and fresh veggies for your mookata. Also, you have the option to use the mookata grill or you can get a flat bottom skillet. And you can add a hotpot for an additional 50 baht. This was a fun dining experience. The staff was friendly. The food was fresh and tasty. And the price point was awesome. If you are looking to have a good Thai BBQ buffet experience, I’d recommend Tidmunz.
