Designed by Chapman Taylor and topped with a striking 30 m‑high glass dome featuring nearly 1,900 panes, it floods the central atrium with natural light and showcases landmark sculptures like the 5 m tall 'Equus Altus' packhorse and the owl‑masked 'Briggate Minerva' by Andy Scott.
