Video Credit: Rebecca Bryers Photography On Tuesday 10th December, Osborne School held their Service of Joy and Thanks at Winchester Cathedral. This was a memorable occasion, with this being the first time the school has held a Service of this kind in such an historic and vast building. Sonia White, our Headteacher, said “It was an amazing opportunity for all our young people. It was so lovely to have so many parents and friends of the school come and support us”. Emma Noble, responsible for the Performing Arts at Osborne School, was able to give her overview of the occasion: “As a school we are so grateful to the Cathedral, for giving us this wonderful opportunity; as a whole school community we worked hard to put together an interactive and engaging re-telling of the Christmas Story. Watching on from the side lines, it was an extremely proud moment for me, seeing our students thrive and shine in front of their families and friends. It was a lovely way to kick start our festivities within school and as always allow for the students to fulfil the school value of being the best you can be”.
