My buddy Koji, a very talented guy that edits commercials for Japanese TV, also is a huge fan of stand up paddle (SUP). In this video he shows me the basics, introduces me to river activity life in Tokyo, and demonstrates how to take the rapids and actually surf on the rapids. Mitake is a beautiful scenic spot that is not always on the tourist maps, so we can enjoy a lot of nature with not so many people around. Loved this trip and can't wait to go again soon!
