Trying to manage and control our anxiety levels can on the face of it seem like one of the biggest challenges we face in these modern times. We unfortunately don't get taught anxiety management skills at school. So how do we guard ourselves emotionally and stop stress and anxiety levels going through the roof? How do we do this without having to make a constant effort that inevitably just exhausts us? What are the anxiety management skills we need that will actually make things simple? In this video I’m going to be taking you through some of the main things I’ve learnt from my 13 years seeing clients 1-2-1 as a mind coach and anxiety therapist about how we get our anxiety levels down and keep them low no matter what life might throw at us. I'm Tim Box, Mind Coach, Remedial Hypnotist and Anxiety Expert.
