Use this video to learn how to operate a CPG convection oven. To turn the unit on, activate the touchscreen and access the boot interface by pressing the "Emergency Power Switch", and then enter the "Free Mode" interface by pressing the "Power On" button. To access the menu list, click on the "Menu Mode" icon and select a recipe from the list to enter the cooking interface. To activate the ECO mode, press the "ECO Mode" button which will maintain the cavity temperature at 250 degrees Fahrenheit, halt the movement of the conveyor belt, and dim the touchscreen to conserve power during periods of inactivity. If the temperature is not displayed on the right side of the temperature icon, press "Preheating Status" to view the live temperature reading for 5 seconds.
