Then, using a DSO (Digital Storage Oscilloscope), I traced the signals from the SOC to the PM IC (which has the audio codec inside). 📍 The SOC was sending data, but it was not reaching the PM IC. After deep inspection, I discovered that the PCB tracks between SOC and PM IC were damaged, most likely due to mishandling by another technician earlier. ✅ Finally, I repaired the damaged tracks inside the PCB, and the mobile started working perfectly with both mic and speaker fully functional.
