LMP1. We think of it as being the three years or so of Porsche vs Audi vs Toyota, but that was just at the end. When you look into it there weren't that many manufacturers involved for a long enough period of time. Audi was there pretty much all the way through, but seemed to win Le Mans every year because it was the only manufacturer that could spend-spend spend.
