Melt the sugar in a pan till it becomes amber in color. 2. Once the sugar is completely melted add in the butter and whisk it well. 3. Turn off the heat and carefully whisk in the cream (be careful as the cream causes the sugar to bubble) 4. Lastly, whisk in the salt and set it aside to cool. For the ice cream: 1. Using a hand blender, whip the cream until it forms stiff peaks. 2. Fold in the condensed milk followed by the salted caramel and set it for 8 hours or overnight. Cooking Tips: 1. It's not necessary to add caramel to the ice cream,it can also be used as a topping with Vanilla ice cream. 2.
