She is the daughter of Dr Padmanabhan, an ardent devotee and servitor of Bhagawan for many decades. Her great-grandfather, Mr Seshagiri Rao, came to Swami in 1943 and was the priest of the Prasanthi Nilayam sanctum sanctorum for several years. Having come to Swami at a very tender age, Mrs Geetha Ram was blessed to witness the glory, grandeur and the transformative power of Swami’s love at very close quarters.
