This is our second live stream HIIT workout to be filmed during the Covid-19 lockdown; our followers all enjoyed the first one, so here it is again! This workout can be done at home with no equipment needed. We use an exercise interval of 40 seconds on and 20 seconds off, working through a series of four exercises (squat to squat jump, burpees with press ups, skaters, and alternate lunges) for four sets, with one minute of rest in between each set. We also run you through a warm up and cool down. HIIT is designed to be hard and you should be working to your maximum during those 40 second intervals. Get the body moving and the heart pumping! As always, using good technique is more important than speed or number of reps, and always be careful and take care when exercising to prevent injury.
