Beef stew made in the Ninja Foodi 8-in-1 PossibleCooker Slow Cooker – testing whether beef skirt really becomes tender in 4 hours. In this video, I use the Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker to brown the beef using the sauté function, build layers of flavour, and then switch to slow cook mode – all in the same pot. Today’s test: • Sainsbury’s beef skirt (label says slow cook in 4 hours) • Can the Ninja Foodi PossibleCooker deliver melt-in-the-mouth tenderness? • Can we create a thick, rich gravy naturally without packet mixes? We coat the beef in seasoned flour, sear for colour, and then brown onions, carrots, and celery. We deglaze with Worcestershire sauce and red wine, and then slow-cook on high for 4 hours. Verdict: The skirt steak was perfectly tender. The Ninja delivered. If you enjoy honest Ninja Foodi reviews, slow cooker recipes and real-world kitchen tests, subscribe to Grumpy Dog Kitchen.
