This legendary bar has a legendary tale of late Dudley the dog/ghost that haunts the place. He must have a good nose because this is the Dead Dog Saloon’s third location. The Murrells Inlet Marsh Walk mainstay burned to the ground in 2011 but a brand-new, bigger and better Dead Dog emerged from the ashes and the old place is back to being the popular locals’ hangout it was before the fire.
