The Boiler POV | Tallest Funnel Slide in the World! Meryal Water Park

This is The Boiler water slide at Meryal Water Park in Lusail, Qatar. The slide is located on level four of the infamous ICON TOWER and is only accessible through an elevator. Once all riders have embarked the round raft, a small conveyor belt is pushing it into giant slide. After a slight turn followed by a long straight, riders plunge down a steep drop leading into a giant Abyss funnel, making them swing from left to right. The funnel is fitted with elaborate light projections, making for an unique ride experience. Thereafter, guests continue their ride which also includes another smaller funnel. Eventually, the ride is interrupted by a short Lazy River section which is being shared by this slide as well as Reformer right next to it. At this point, guests can choose between two different slides. The left one will lead into another giant funnel whereas the right slide features two smaller funnels.
