I'm still playing through Xenoblade 3 at a very slow pace, despite ignoring most of the side stuff. I'm very excited to see all the other musical and visual references to the series they've hidden. As of chapter 3, and aside from the obvious ones, I've already caught a couple of story beats that parallel 1 and 2, as well as some camera angles that directly parallel a scene from the first game. And of course, the music is great, but we all knew that.
