We started the process by grinding the concrete. (not pictured) Once the concrete was clean, we applied 100% solids epoxy to the floor. Then we broadcast sand into the epoxy to give the concrete surface a rough profile. We mixed the Increte Systems Level top polishable overlay with the Collomix LevMix concrete mixer. We poured the concrete overlay and then ran a 3/8" guage rake over the floor to apply the material at the correct thickness.
