Grounded Tips & Tricks: Kill the Hedge Broodmother?!
For many, the Hedge Broodmother is the first boss you will encounter in the game and one of the most challenging enemy bugs in Grounded. With the 1.2 Super Duper update, the Broodmother has had a few tweaks and we will cover how to best prepare yourself to walk through this fight with relative ease. We will cover Armor, Weapons, Trinkets, Mutations, and Consumables you'll want to bring with you, as well as managing the small spider army she summons during the fight.! This video does make use of the Mask of the Mother Demon obtained by defeating the Broodmother, but can be swapped out for additional Fire Ant or poison-enhancing gear depending on where you are in the game, and your preferred fighting style. I ALWAYS recommend having a sleek ladybug armor set hot-keyed for those moments when you really need to amp up your healing! Playing on Normal Difficulty - Standard Settings
