Following this ride to Van Cortlandt Park-242 St, I would visit my 3rd Grade Teacher and we saw the football games that were going on and we talked about school and how well her current class is doing, which it was going smoothly for her. We also talked about the Exceptional Minds program that I took and the TKU program which I just started when this was taken. We had a good time talking together and I looking forward to when I take my next (1) Train roundtrip into her. Now in the ride to South Ferry, I talked about the station rename for Christopher St. In 2023, there was a bill that was passed in which the station would be named after the Stonewall National Monument which was right by the station. Legislation voted in favor of the rename in June 2024. On June 28, 2024, the station was officially renamed Christopher St-Stonewall. It just so happened to occur when I went to SmackDown at MSG that evening. But all in all, the day was great and it was capped off with this smooth ride through Manhattan and The Bronx.
