Patricia Routledge (Nettie Fowler) and Janie Dee (Olivier Award-winning Carrie) are not heard on the London cast recording of the acclaimed National Theater 1992 production of "Carousel" because, when the production transferred from the NT/Lyttelton to the Shaftesbury, Routledge and Dee did not transfer with it, and the recording was not made until the transfer took place in '93.
