Hello friends! Today would have been my Dad's 75th birthday, and as such, I wanted to do something to honor his passing. (He passed away this past September from Dementia and Aphasia.) As a kid, and even a teen and eventually later an adult, my Dad and me would read together all the time. I would read to him mostly, and it was special to us. The Call of the Wild was Dad's favorite book, and as a teenager I promised him I would read it, but I never did. It felt like now more than ever, I should honor that promise to my Dad (I wish I had done it sooner) and I decided to go one step further and make an audiobook out of it, to keep the tradition alive of reading out loud that my Dad instilled in me. I realize that The Call of the Wild isn't everyone's cup of tea, and to be honest it wasn't my favorite book either, but it's here if you ever want to give it a listen. This is the entire book.
