Live Yoga and Meditation Classes Every Saturday 11am - noon in Manalapan NJ. In this live online class we will practice pranayama for energy to start off, followed by gentle yoga to help the back and spine. After the warm-up set we will move on to yoga exercises which are great for meditation, as they help loosen up the hips and groin. In the second half of the class we will do some breathing exercises which are great for calming the mind down and preparing it for meditation. Following that we will practice Zen meditation or Zazen for 20 minutes. In addition, for the more advanced practitioners we will practice a version of Zazen where we trace back the drifting mind to the originating thoughts and thus build our awareness and brain power further.
