This is another one of those costly yet not very fruitful spots. The Malaysia Maritime Enforcement Agency's 20th anniversary was celebrated in Penang. As we have prior assignments here in town, we decided it would be best to fly there. We arrived on time to a hazy waterfront, and the tactical rescue demonstration—well, it was a short one. With only one demonstration presentation, we did not get much footage. Not one of our better spots... After the morning demo event, we had some twelve hours to waste before our cheapest flight available home...
