Summary: Living with kidney disease, especially during the later stages, can be challenging. When a patient faces this challenge at a young age as our patient, they feel all hopes of leading a \""normal life\"" have diminished. Transplant for these patients is a gift of hope for leading a normal life. Transplant is a treatment for kidney failure that can help patients live a longer, more normal life than dialysis treatment. We want to share this video to encourage more people to come forward and donate their organs and change lives as a successful Kidney Transplant has written a different story of life full of hope, happiness and courage for this patient.
