My tile markers: https://pastebin.com/1En7TCha In this video I try to show the fundamentals of the inferno as much as possible while using a setup I would recommend for a first cape. Possible substitutions in the setup are crystal helm/pegasians if you are confident and do not find yourself having prayer issues (though I don't recommend those over justi helm and prayer boots for first cape as the DPS increase is only marginal), and ring of the gods (i) instead of suffering (which I believe is pretty much a straight upgrade - I just don't have one on my iron). If it is your first time in the inferno I would recommend substituting one restore for another brew, although as you get more experience you will likely find an extra restore to be more valuable. If you keep practicing the fundamentals the waves will become easier and easier with time and you will only become more consistent.
