History is being made all the the time. And in this weeks video on @offroad801 YouTube channel, I followed through and returned to historical Gold Hill - (semi) ghost town/mining camp, just as I said I would. To find yet another maze of abandoned dangerous mines and underground tunnels, isolated in the Utah desert wilderness. To see what else we can find, and explore some more of Utah's fascinating history. *Tonight, I want to share with you the old western mining camp of Gold Hill. It was once home to thousands of people - outlaws, miners and everything in between. In the northwest corner of Utah, it's a real life treasure itself, to say the least. We'll uncover lots of historical remnants and abandoned evidence of the past human life, where riches were once found and large traces remain, of a lost forgotten chapter of American history, and sometimes SECRET history. This trekking adventure near the Deep Creek mountains will offer you a valuable insight some of what the earliest miners and explorers traveling westward on the Pony Express Trail lives looked, in the harsh desert environment. Whether you are interested in off roading, history, outdoor recreation or simply enjoying the regions natural beauty, Gold Hill has it all. ➡️If you are just now finding @offroad801 OR searching for a new YouTube channel to subscribe to, let us be your first. The past three years have been an exciting rollercoaster of progress, travel and enjoyment - adventuring, exploring, traveling and living our best lives. And even though YouTube is an extremely rough market to break into, I'm still full of ambition and hope to be able to continue for a long time. It's very challenging and most people do NOT realize that a YouTube channel, once it's monetized - is a business, no different than any other. I have hopes of earning your business now or maybe in the future ( if I haven't already ) ... I thank you for being here, watching our videos and being a part of our lives. Who knows - maybe you just found your new favorite YouTube channel. Enjoy this journey and we'll see you next week. Have a nice evening 😊 Curtis and Chantel | Offroad801 🚙🤙 #abandonedplaces #abandonedmines #exploringabandonedmines #utah #desert #exo #explore #offroad #portals #exploring #offroad #adventure #history
