First time staying in the Encore at Wynn Las Vegas. My Encore Tower Suite King booked comes with a daily $50 breakfast credit at select restaurants until noon. We also made a reservation here at 7:30 Am for the obvious reason, but quite honestly it probably wasn't needed. Not because I had a reservation, even the people without a reservation were able to get in before I was. So, that in itself was a little ridiculous because early morning is not a busy time. This restaurant is beautiful, not surprisingly though considering where it's located. Dining area is beautiful and also luxurious in an airy, conservatory setting overlooking shimmering pools and manicured gardens. Dishes range from health-conscious to indulgent with an emphasis on impeccably fresh produce. The service was great and fast.
