Recipe for: Spinach and cheese pie NECESSARY PRODUCTS: Fresh spinach - 400 g (washed and cleaned from the stalks). Fresh onion - 1 bunch. Jojen - half relationship. Eggs - 3 pcs. Yogurt - 400 g. Cow cheese - 300 g (crushed). Bicarbonate of soda - 1 tsp. Chopped skins - 500 g. Cow butter - 100 g (melted). Oil. METHOD OF PREPARATION: Coarsely chop the spinach, the spring onions and the chives. Pour a little oil into a preheated pan and fry the green onions for 1-2 minutes. Gradually add the chopped spinach. Stir and simmer for a few minutes until soft. Turn off the heat and add the chopped chives. Stir and set aside to cool. During this time, prepare the rest of the filling for this very tasty pie. In a large bowl, pour the yogurt and baking soda.
