Building the Ultimate Budget Mod Sled: my 151 inch Phazer Build (emphasis on the Budget)
This is a short edit I did of my 1985 Phazer build. I removed the stock 116 track and skid and installed a 151 inch skid off a ski-doo summit and a 151 inch track off of a Polaris of some kind. Extended the tunnel and built a new seat. I also changed from a 9 tooth driver to a 7 tooth driver and raised the handlebars but have no video of that. Been riding the sled for a few days and all seems to be working well.
