Music I use: https://www.bensound.com License code: TR5XVYQT21IVUZNS Today, the book I want to share with you is called "Tools of Titans," and it has a long subtitle: "The Tactics, Routines, and Habits of Billionaires, Icons, and World-Class Performers." From the title, you can tell that this book is about the methodologies of extraordinary individuals. It was published in December 2016 and received numerous positive reviews as soon as it was released. The author of this book is Tim Ferriss, who is the author of many bestsellers and also a serial entrepreneur and angel investor. I recommend this book to you for two main reasons. First, it's highly practical. It directly tells you how high-achievers work and live, which can inspire you to live more wisely. Second, I recently finished reading this book and found it very beneficial, so I made an effort to decode it for you. I hope you can benefit from it just like I did. The author of this book, Ferriss, has interviewed approximately one to two hundred prominent individuals from various fields. He has compiled the content of these interviews into this book. However, this book is over 700 pages long and features a multitude of personalities. Therefore, I can only select a few of the most inspiring ones to share with you. The first one is the comic book author Scott Adams. He advises you not to chase after a specific "goal" but to develop a "system" instead. The second is former U.S. Navy SEAL Jack Willink, who tells you that true freedom is self-discipline, and you should take extreme ownership of your world. The third is Silicon Valley venture capitalist Chris Sacca, who emphasizes that life presents constant challenges, and you should learn to prioritize dealing with offensive challenges.
