DIY Halloween Party! - http://bit.ly/2041GaA -Materials- Hard plastic phone case Paper and pencil Two shades of green polymer clay Brown polymer clay Grey Granite polymer clay Glow in the dark (or white) polymer clay Translucent, ecru/tan, and pink polymer clay Black polymer clay Parchment paper Black acrylic paint Rolling pin Craft blade and exacto knife Dotting tool Aluminum foil Red and brown chalk pastels Liquid polymer clay Wire Brushes Needle tool 100% clear silicone (and caulk gun) Nail file or sandpaper Brown 3D fabric paint Plastic cup and something to mix with Green oil paint Green glitters Piping bag and icing tip (star tip recommended) Poster putty (optional) Star beads and flat-back pearls (optional) Glaze (optional, read more below) How to bake polymer clay: There are different baking temperatures for different brands of polymer clay, and these instructions are usually listed on the package of polymer clay. I used Premo! by Sculpey brand polymer clay, which needs to be baked at 275 °F (130 °C) for 30 minutes per 1/4 in (6 mm) thickness. I baked all of my pieces for about 25 minutes. Please check the package of your polymer clay, and get help from adult! Glazing: You can find glaze in the clay section of your local craft store. There is a Sculpey brand of gloss glaze, as well as a Fimo brand of glaze. Duraclear gloss glaze can also be found in the painting section of your local craft store. Glaze will help prevent the chalk pastel from coming off. Glaze is also a great finish to make your project shiny.
