EPAR Energy Absorbing Road Safety Barrier. EPAR (Polish acronym for the energy accumulating-dispersing converter) is a revolutionary technology protecting physical objects against collision effects. It is based on the method of absorbing kinetic energy of the progressing movement (e.g. into kinetic energy of the revolving movement).
