Our E-Learning is setting its focus on the basics of Maintenance Management in the Aviation Industry. The training is concentration on the requirements of EASA Part CAMO and Part M. Therefore, first the basics of EASA Aviation Legislation in general as well as Part CAMO and Part M in particular are explained. Following a chapter on the application for a CAMO Approval, the Management System is explained in detail. A particular focus is set on the Safety Management System (SMS) with all its related topics such as Occurrence Reporting and Safety Communication and Culture. The following chapters are mainly dedicated to the technical requirements of Part-M: At first the basics of maintenance management and maintenance programs are presented in more detail. This is followed by a description of the requirements for the documentation and archiving system as well as the Aircraft Technical Log System. The following chapter is then concentration on Airworthiness Reviews. Technically oriented part of the training is then setting its focus on contracting of maintenance activities to Part 145 Organisations as well as on subcontracting of CAMO services. This e-learning then describes the requirements for personnel qualification and documentation. Finally, the focus is on the role of the authority in day-to-day operations. The training ends with a final test of 20 questions, 75% of which must be answered correctly in 25 minutes. The certificate is automatically sent by e-mail after successful completion.
