33:47 - Sgt. Padrta fingerprints and photographs the woman with his unique sense of humor On April 2, 2025, Pullman Police Officers were dispatched to a report of a disabled vehicle. Sgt. Gordon arrived first to find a 19-year-old woman behind the wheel and on the phone attempting to arrange for a tow truck. Sgt. Gordon believed the woman was intoxicated and he requested Officer Lambley interview her. The woman gave conflicting answers regarding where she was coming from and what happened to her vehicle. At one point, she stated she was a Door Dash delivery driver and had not consumed any alcohol. She submitted to standardized field sobriety tests and was subsequently arrested for Driving Under the Influence (DUI). She was transported to the Pullman Police Station, where she submitted to an evidential breath test. She blew near 3 times the legal limit for someone over the age of 21 (more than 11 times the legal limit for her since she is only 19 years old). She was eventually released with a court date. All suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
