Everything we are going to be visiting in this video was then quickly built for that purpose, and the neighbourhood is now one of the most modern in all of Lisbon. We start at the Oriente station, a large transport hub within the city of Lisbon. Trains continue southwards to Sta. Apolónia station (where most train routes connecting Lisbon to the central and northern Portugal start/end). We then head towards the Vasco da Gama shopping mall, where I was told not to film, so we cut directly to the Park of Nations ("Parque das Nações"), the core exhibition grounds of the '98 Expo.
