There are three different types of transporter licenses. In this video, I'll be talking about the first type, which will be the general transporter license. The general transporter license is issued simultaneously with the commercial grower, processor, dispensary, or laboratory licenses. It allows licensees, through their licensed transporter agents, to transport their own medical marijuana and medical marijuana product. This means that once you get a medical marijuana business license, be it a dispensary or whatever, you also simultaneously get a transporter license that allows your business to be able to get transporter agents to transport your product to other marijuana businesses or other people.
