GUSTAV KLIMT: SEGNO E VISIONE

Gustav Klimt è il protagonista della mostra “Segno e Visione”, inaugurata il 13 febbraio 2025 presso Palazzo Muratori Cravetta a Savigliano (CN). L’esposizione propone una rilettura scientificamente fondata ma accessibile dell’opera grafica di Klimt, mettendo al centro la forza strutturale del segno e la purezza della linea. Curata da Diego Repetto e co-curata da Alberto Mattia Martini, con prestiti dalla collezione di Fiorenzo Silvestri, la mostra evidenzia la ricerca grafica dell’artista come laboratorio concettuale e formale. Attraverso la tecnica della collotipia emergono la tensione tra astrazione e figurazione e la modernità del linguaggio klimtiano. Il segno non è solo preparatorio, ma diventa strumento di indagine del corpo, della natura e dello spazio simbolico. L’iniziativa ha ricevuto il patrocinio morale di AICA Italia. All’inaugurazione ha presenziato il Presidente Gabriele Romeo. Un progetto rigoroso e divulgativo dedicato a uno dei grandi protagonisti della modernità artistica europea. ——————— Gustav Klimt is the focus of the exhibition “Segno e Visione” (Sign and Vision), inaugurated on 13 February 2025 at Palazzo Muratori Cravetta in Savigliano, Italy. The exhibition offers a scientifically grounded yet accessible reinterpretation of Klimt’s graphic work, emphasizing the structural power of line and the clarity of drawn form. Curated by Diego Repetto and co-curated by Alberto Mattia Martini, with loans from the collection of Fiorenzo Silvestri, the project highlights graphic research as a conceptual and formal laboratory within Klimt’s practice. Through the collotype technique, the exhibition reveals the dynamic tension between abstraction and figuration, underscoring the modernity of Klimt’s visual language. The drawn mark emerges not merely as preparatory, but as a key investigative tool exploring the body, nature, and symbolic space. The initiative received the patronage of AICA Italia. The President of AICA Italia, Gabriele Romeo, attended the opening. A scholarly yet outward-looking project dedicated to one of the leading figures of European artistic modernity.
