On Friday 14th November, Dr Mike Talbot was joined by UK Mediation mediator and trainer, Johanna Whelehan, for our 'Conversations with a Mediator' webinar series. Johanna is a highly-experienced mediator and trainer, with an impressive track record of delivering programmes in the mediation, conflict resolution, and relationship-building sphere. Johanna has worked with some of the UK's biggest organisations, and has particular expertise in mediating situations involving discrimination, sexual harassment, relationship breakdown, and poorly-managed formal processes. Johanna holds the Chartered Institute of Professional Development (CIPD) Level 7 Award in Designing, Delivering and Evaluating Learning and Development Provision, and is also a fluent German speaker, having worked in Berlin as a translator and interpreter. Johanna also joined Mike to answer questions in an interactive Q+A session.
