REM pods and subsequent releases of similar devices have a theory of operation that they generate their own EMF field and will alarm if anything disturbs that field. In this video I debunk that claim of operation through demonstrations and provide the explanation that the makers of the Jr. Theremin themselves give as the operation. While the operational theory is debunked, regardless, I am still open that it may still be useful for detect spirits... I've seen a lot of interesting and compelling video that suggests that it does.
