I just finished building a custom 48V 33Ah battery pack for my daughter’s electric scooter. The pack uses 78 high-capacity 26800 cells (5600mAh each), arranged in a 13S6P configuration with a full-charge voltage of 54.6V. 26800 cells provide strong discharge capability and excellent durability, making them ideal for small e-bikes, scooters and kids’ electric vehicles. A Daly Smart Active Balance BMS is used to ensure cell stability, safety and long lifespan.
