In response, the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Siem Reap Provincial Government have been jointly promoting a Smart City Project. This seminar will present the outcomes and future prospects of these efforts, including the formulation of the Smart City Roadmap, the development of a data platform, and pilot projects such as improving waste collection and monitoring air quality.
