Husum - Westerland / Sylt: ein Tagesausflug

Am 30.10.23 hatten wir frei, da Brückentag zum 31.10.23. Da wir gerade wieder mal im Norden unterwegs waren, bot sich Westerland / Sylt geradezu an als Tagesziel, wollte ich schon immer mal hin. Mein Fokus lag dabei logischerweise auf der Eisenbahn. inklusive eines kleinen Abstechers nach Hörnum (Leuchtturm gucken :-)). Sehr interessant fand ich die Be- und Entladung der Autozüge - die Insel Sylt ist ja bekanntlichermaßen nur mit dem Zug erreichbar. Viel Spass beim Anschauen We had the day off on October 30th, 2023 because of the bridge day on October 31st, 2023. Since we were traveling in the north again, Westerland / Sylt was an ideal destination for the day and I had always wanted to go there. My focus was logically on the railways. including a short detour to Hörnum (look at the lighthouse :-)). I found the loading and unloading of the car trains very interesting - as we all know, the island of Sylt can only be reached by train. Have fun watching
