電動ドリルとドリルスタンドを利用してディスクサンダーを作製しました。 ドリルスタンドの補助台(自作)に合体する形です。 思いのほか精度を出すのが難しく製作に時間が掛かってしまいました。 ディスクの軸の安定化をする動画を追加でアップしました。もしベアリングユニットを利用して製作される場合は参考にしてみてください！ マイターゲージも作ってみました。 マイターゲージのスロットバーの寸法を5.5x15x200mmとありますが、9x15x200mmの間違いでした。ごめんなさい。 ドリルスタンド補助台の寸法は[DIY] ドラムサンダー製作 Drill Powered Drum sanderのエンディングの後に簡単に解説してありますので必要ならば見て下さいね。 補助台が無くてもディスクサンダーとして使えますが、ドリルスタンドを固定して下さい。ベースの脚パッドの位置も変えた方が良いでしょう。 とにかく、この方法だとドリルを乗せる台を作る手間を省けるのが魅力です。 板に単体のベアリングを埋め込んだ方が精度は出ると思います。作ろうと思われる方はご検討を。 I decided to make a disc sander using an electric drill and a drill stand (which is an affordable one that you can buy at amazon and rotates 90 degrees sideways).
