Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro - Beer Can Chicken

In this video I fire up my Oklahoma Joe's Bronco Pro and cook up some Beer Can Chicken! This was a super easy cook and I even did it without the beer can chicken holders(because I couldn't find them). I used some tailgaters bbq party rub for the seasoning and used two 16oz cans of Busch Light Apple A.K.A BLAPPLE for the beer. The goal for this cook was to see if I could tasted the apple flavor in the chicken and I have to say that I could not. However these were some of the most juicy and tender chickens i've ever had so there is some benefit to doing beer can chicken. Well drinking beer is the best part but you get what i'm saying. One thing to mention is that I used my GrillGrates upside down to ensure that the chicken didn't fall over. If you have a drum style cooker I highly suggest you give this beer can chicken recipe a shot!
