Their speciality, banh uot, is Vietnamese steamed rice paper sheets. Here at Quan Nhii, they serve it up in a way you wouldn't expect. Stacked plate by plate in a tower and all the fillings and toppings come out in small servings for you to create your own Banh Cuon. Banh Uot is steamed rice paper and once it's filled with toppings and rolled together, it becomes Banh Cuon.
