Its no secret - any one watching our videos already knows that Queensferry is a special place for sea glass - we do not go there very often, but once in a while, we make the trip over, put up with the noise of passing trains, just to pick out a small selection of the best seaglass to be found! From the very earliest years of Craig's life, South Queensferry has been a spacial place - so many days spent here, walking the shores, playing in the sand, enjoying a local ice cream, and escaping into a child's adventure land of wonder! The Bridge, immortalized in Ian Banks novel, has long been an inspiration for Nicole too - as an architectural wonder of the modern world, the Victorian rail link, connecting Scotland's capital, Edinburgh, to the north of the country, helped to grow Nicole's architect's imagination during her studies. How apt and lovely then that we can find beauty and wonder here together as Scottish Mudlarking!!
