Hong Kong Remembrance Sunday, The Cenotaph, Hong Kong Island [November 2024]

Every year in November, people from all backgrounds gather at the Cenotaph to commemorate to those who have lost their lives in past conflicts, by observing a 2 minute silence and laying wreaths of poppies. The event, since 1923, is known as the Remembrance Sunday or "Peace Remembering Day" in Cantonese. The music was provided by the Hong Kong Police Band. Please enjoy and thank you for watching!
