Hey :) Today I'm going to make Rice Cake Skewers, 'Tteokkkochi'. This is one of the most famous Korean street foods. 👍 Especially it reminds my childhood. After school, I went to a stall with my friends and ordered rice cake skewers. It’s very cheap so it was a great snack for kids.😊😊 It's very easy to make! You can make this using simple ingredients just in 10 mins! Ah! There are 2 kinds of rice cakes. Rice cake made of 'rice' and rice cake made of 'wheat'. We call these ‘쌀떡(Ssal tteok)’ and ‘밀떡(Mil tteok)’. You can use both, but my favorite one, when I make rice cake skewer, is wheat cake, ‘밀떡(Mil tteok)’. It has a chewier texture and when it’s fried the outside turns out crispy well.😁 Enjoy it.
