One more organ donation was done through Donate Life from United Green Hospital Surat.

Date: 26th January 2023 On the Republic Day, today one more organ donation was done through Donate Life from United Green Hospital Surat. Kidney and Corneas have been donated from United Green Hospital, Surat through Donate Life. Along with this donations till date Donate Life has successfully contributed to donation of 1073 organs and tissue with 450 Kidney, 192 Liver, 8 Pancreas, 43 Heart, 26 Lungs, 4 Hands and 350 Corneas giving a new lease of life and vision to 986 organ failure patients in our country and globe. We salute the family members of Late Nimish Rajnikant Gandhi age 44 for their brave decision to donate the vital organs of their beloved after doctors declared him brain dead. Two Kidney transplantation will be done at Ahmedabad. Corneas were donated to Lokdhrasti Chaksu Bank. We are very much thankful to Doctors and Management of United Green hospital Surat for their wholehearted support to this noble cause. Special thanks to Surat City Police and different city and rural police of Gujarat for providing Green Corridor from Surat to Ahmedabad.
