Welcome Back Humber Students!!! You PASSED course 1 now get ready to tackle COURSE 2 of the Humber Real Estate Program. Course 2 is known as " The Beast" due to the length of the content provided. This course will test how truly deeply your desire is to become an Ontario Realtor. Always take breaks and don't stress to finish this one quickly. Understand the concepts and you will see that you will fly right through it. In this course I practice more of my mindset techniques so I suggest you watch my other videos as they are what helped me keep motivated and push through this massive course. Here I provide tips and motivation of what I applied to my studies and exam that made me successful in passing the exam on my first attempt. Always read through the course and get that foundational knowledge that is required to be successful in your Real Estate career. Now that you've had your experience with Course 1 what I suggest is for you to identify what studying techniques and routine worked for you and use some of the ones I suggest here if you identify that you may be having a similar experience as me with your studies. You now have a feel for the exam so you should expect the same with Course 2 exam. Keep in mind this exam consist of 115 questions and you get 3 hours to complete. In order to pass your exams you will still require a 75% grade on your final exam. Check in with Humber College as to whether or not you will need to go into a testing centre to write your exam. I made this video when we were still being proctored so I'm assuming things have changed now that the Province is opening up. Take your time if needed with the course and make sure to push through it and take as many breaks as you need to be mentally awake for this program.
